Average savings on payrolls per month for small companies
There are many ways of configuring the QR Codes you generate. The geolocation activation is a critical setting that you will want to change depending on your use case.
Maps are available globally within our system, so even if there’s no alert or you’re using a moving QR Code, you can see the location of your employee checking in or checking out if you need to.
For example, you can do so by looking at the daily activity section and clicking on the zone name. This will open a dialog with the zone's exact location and where the employee took the action a this specific time.
Lots of information is stored in our system when an employee decides to clock in or clock out. The small signal icon you see attached to the zone name in the daily activity section is here to represent the accuracy with which the location was caught from the device.
Sometimes, especially in older devices, the accuracy can be imperfect and the strategy to get the location differs depending on the device itself (GPS, WiFi, etc.) We want to inform you when the accuracy isn’t precise, but also let you know when it is thanks to this small cue.
