Scanning the QR Code will open the app and leave your employees the choice to check-in or check-out within your organization. When they confirm the action, two features will be triggered to make sure the action is genuine.

• You can control the time a QR Code scan is valid through your settings. Of course, you can remove this option completely on the QR Codes you want.
• If your employees exceed the allowed time to trigger an action, a page will indicate to scan the QR Code again.
• This ensures your employees are facing a real QR Code when triggering an action.

• When scanning the Smart QR Code it'll reach the app and prepare the phone for geolocation
• Once authorized, it'll geolocate the employee at the moment of the check-in or check-out
• It'll compare the distance with the QR Code location you defined upon creation.
• In some cases, it'll even trigger an alert and warn you, depending on the QR Code type and your configuration.
• This makes sure the person is where he's supposed to be when triggering the action
