If you have an accounting, IT, or HR department you’ll probably need to export your employees' timesheets or list alerts or comments in an Excel spreadsheet.
You can have individual reports exported in a PDF format, which can be useful for printing them out and adding legal binding; for example, make employees confirm and sign their time at work. It’s also exportable in CSV format, that’s regularly used in Excel or Google spreadsheet. You can do whatever you want with these data, and the export functionality usage is unlimited.
On top of the individual reports, we have a global reports system that compares all employees on the timeframe you decide. We considered that a very good way to identify low-hanging fruits and top performers.
The individual and shared reports are fully flexible in terms of time range selection. You have quick selectors to have the metrics of the day, the week, month and similar, but can also select advanced time ranges.
For example, if you decide to export the full-year timesheet of all employees, you can do so in a matter of seconds by selecting the range desired and exporting your CSV. It’s that simple with Aquiestoy.
Comments
You can add comments on each event occurring in the system. For example, if someone clocks in late and you want to add a comment related to a conversation you had with them, you can do so.
Simply go to the daily activity section and add your comment on the event itself.
Those comments are visible from the individual and shared reports available in PDF and CSV. They aren’t communicated to the employees, so feel free to comment on whatever you see fit.
