Control registrations

You can control whether or not people can register with your organization by themselves. Thanks to that, you can enroll people within your organization rapidly by activating the registration in the timelapse you want new employees to get in.

Of course, you have full control over them and can delete their accounts or prevent them from signing in after registration.

Once the registration form is disabled, you can still add people by taking full advantage of the import system available from the dashboard.

Import your employees

The import system is the best way to add employees rapidly by selecting what information you want to fill in and inserting them one after the other.

You can rapidly copy tens of them all at once. No worry about over-registering people, we’ll only count them as active workers once they sign in and have a first action in our system.

Revoke access

If you have use cases such as temporary workers or employees you don’t want to allow within the check-in system, you can revoke their access temporarily or forever.

This option is switchable from the employee edit module.

Revoking access rather than deleting employees is also a big plus if you want to keep an employee's historical data and metrics. Still, they aren’t part of your organization anymore.

A role for each type of employee

We currently have three different roles

• User: they can simply check in and have no access to the dashboard. This is perfect for the people you want to gather shift data from
• Viewer: they can access the dashboard but have no writing powers. It means they can’t import employees, change settings, or have any noticeable action. They can access all the metrics & reports available. This is usually a perfect fit for Human Resource and Finances / Accountability teams that want to collect shift data every once in a while.
• Admin: they have full access to the dashboard and can manage your subscription, delete employees, update them, etc.

Advanced filters for your employees

If you have a large number of employees, don't worry about searching for them one by one. You have a search filter in the employees section.

Our advanced filter can detect everything from the initials of a first or last name to other details such as whether they are an administrator, their phone number, and the date and time you wish to search for. Simply type the first few letters or numbers you want to locate, and what you are looking for will appear immediately.
